A Career Mela was organized in the school on 8th May 2015 in collaboration with Centre for Career Development.The director Mr. Jitin Chawla held a comprehensive workshop for students and parents of students of classes X and XII. The workshops highlighted on the insight that goes into selection of a particular stream of subjects. With immense expertise he explained the relevance of understanding one’s aptitude, intellect and interest in selecting a career. The students and parents had access to neutral career information. Information about emerging institutions and courses as well as assistance to crack competitive exams was provided.
Various stalls were exhbited , each of which was geared to provide career counselling in a specific field. These helped in widening the horizons of students and parents.Moreover need based and individualized counseling was undertaken for different career options.The parents and students participated with fervor and zeal.
